Local Authority & NHS.

Unilateral Thinking has developed specific training packages for health and social care organisations. This training is targeted in four areas;

  • Knowledge of CSE, FGM, Trafficking and abuse of Vulnerable People – please visit our packages page
  • University student and ASYE training
  • Local authority audit and mentoring service
  • Policy and procedural reviews

Unilateral Thinking has an excellent and highly recommended audit team who can provide Identified Service Themed Audits and OFSTED preparation to a social care department in the following areas; MASH, CSE Teams, IRO Service, Court, CP, CIN, Out of Hours, Looked After, S20, Contact Service and Disability Teams.

Unilateral Thinking can act as advocates during CP or Looked After Processes to parents and carers, or mentors to social care professionals. Independent Complaints from Stage 1 can be completed by our service.

Unilateral Thinking is able to support your organisation in identifying areas of improvement to current policy and procedures. By tracking and testing current policy and procedures via audit, we are able to help transform your policies into current fit for purpose documentation which we believe will support the improved outcomes for your customers.

For student at universities studying social care courses, Unilateral Thinking has prepared an outstanding package of training to assist trainee and new social workers in preparing for life as qualified social worker.
