Sport.
With the rise of historical abuse enquiries being published within the media from children in care, children in schools, NHS sites and more recently from sporting clubs.
Unilateral Thinking provides training and support in this area in three areas;
- Knowledge of CSE, Trafficking and abuse of Vulnerable People – please visit our packages page
- Policy and procedures
- Support for victims
For professionals and volunteers Unilateral Thinking is particularly interested in raising the awareness of what as professionals needs to happen when they suspect or have been informed about incidents of abuse.
Unilateral Thinking is able to support your organisation by overviewing and identifying areas of improvement to current policy and procedures. By tracking and testing current policy and procedures via audit we are able to help transform your policies in current fit for purpose documentation which we believe will support the improved outcomes for your customers. We have a varied team which can customise your learning so that your organisation experiences the best training in helping to protect the most vulnerable.
We have created links with local statutory agents who will be able to support any further lines of investigations.
In addition to training for professional and volunteers we can provide joint sessions for clubs to include parents and carers.
For the sports industry we have created an initiative call ‘AYO’ following training sessions attendees will be trained in this principle.
Please get in touch to register your interest and one of our representatives will contact you to discuss the design of your package that best meets the needs of your organisation.
